You warrant that you own the intellectual property rights in all information or material that you post on the Blog, and that your posting of that information or material on the Blog, and our using it in accordance with these Terms, will not infringe any right (including intellectual property rights) of third parties.
You must not post any information or material on the Blog:
(a) that is defamatory, obscene, objectionable, inappropriate or offensive; or
(b) which you know or suspect (or ought reasonably to have known or suspected) to be false, misleading or deceptive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law in force in New Zealand. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts for any proceedings in connection with these Terms or the Blog. For the exclusive benefit of Tait, Tait shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or the country of your principal place of business.
