Tait focuses on growth in Asia

The Tait Asia Pacific (TAP) team attended Critical Communications World (CCW) last week, which was held at the Asia World Expo in Hong Kong from May 16th-18th. The event hosted over 3,500 critical communications professionals, delegates and attendees from over 100 countries, including Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Over the three days, attendees took part in speed networking, power round-table sessions, interactive demo tours,  networking, informal networking receptions, and site visits, among other opportunities.

As an exhibitor, Tait presented a booth focusing mainly on our Unify Portfolio, including UnifyVoice and UnifyVehicle. Tait staff from Australia, New Zealand, the U.S. and Singapore were on hand to give visitors a live demo of UnifyVehicle. In particular, large focus was given specifically to how Tait products can help customers and partners in Asia. The Tait booth was also a stop on two tours for the event, both the Terminals Tour and the New Exhibitors Tour, which gave us a 5 minute opportunity to introduce ourselves, our company, and our products in front of interested end users.

Tait CTO Ross Spearman was in attendance and represented Tait in a speaking engagement focused on unified critical communications. Other senior Tait attendees included Dean Brookes, Regional General Manager, and John Gorrell, Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

TAP Regional Marketing Manager, Sonny Chadha, said that the CCW Hong Kong event allowed Tait channel partners in Asia, many of which were in attendance, to have confidence that Tait is pursuing growth opportunities within Asia.

“The event allowed the TAP team to gain further insights into Asia, and will help guide Asia growth plans,” said Sonny.
