The 2017 edition of European Bus Forum was held in Manchester on the 29th of June. More than 300 delegates of the European Bus industry representing bus operators, manufacturers and local authorities gathered at the University of Manchester to share best practices and discuss the latest developments in their industry.
As a silver sponsor, Tait was not only present as an exhibitor, but also moderated a discussion on safety and security, with TEMA Managing Director Andrew Gill taking advantage of this opportunity to explicitly point out the security function of Unified Critical Communications networks.
With our booth highlighting our offering to the bus industry, we enjoyed the attention of visitors strolling through the exhibition area, and had a number of great conversations.
“Our participation as a silver sponsor at the European Bus Forum is part of Tait’s Go to Market Strategy where the transport industry is one of our focus industries. Our presence at this year’s exhibition, together with Andrew Gill’s role as a moderator of the safety and security panel, as well as the networking dinner, offered us very good opportunities to get in personal contact with stakeholders and build relationships.”
– Jamie Bishop, TEMA Marketing Director
